I serve this sauce with my Spicy Mango Summer Rolls. It’s loaded with flavor and lower in sodium than store-bought sauces. And it takes just a few minutes to toss together.

This recipe makes about ¼ cup
Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons lime juice or unseasoned rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, optional

 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
