Sesame Dipping Sauce
This Asian-style dipping sauce is loaded with umami flavor and only takes a few minutes to toss together. You can also add it to coleslaw mix for a yummy side dish, use it to dress a salad, or toss it with any veggie stir fry. The possibilities are endless…and endlessly enjoyable.

This sauce goes great with my Spicy Mango Summer Rolls.

- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger, or pinch of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, optional

Notes
- It’s not always easy to find “toasted” sesame oil in the market so feel free to use regular sesame oil if you already have it on hand.
