This Asian-style dipping sauce is loaded with umami flavor and only takes a few minutes to toss together. You can also add it to coleslaw mix for a yummy side dish, use it to dress a salad, or toss it with any veggie stir fry. The possibilities are endless…and endlessly enjoyable.

• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil*
• 2 tablespoons lime juice or rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger (or pinch of ground ginger)
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, optional
*It’s not always easy to find “toasted” sesame oil in the market, so feel free to use regular sesame oil if you already have it on hand.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
