This refreshing mocktail practically screams summer, with its delicious combo of juicy raspberries, flavorful lime juice, fragrant basil and fizzy Berry LaCroix Sparkling Water. It’s great to enjoy on a warm day or serve at a summer get-together with the family.

This recipe makes Makes 1 serving (8 ounces)
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 or 2 fresh basil leaves (about 1 tablespoon), plus more to garnish
  • ¾ cup Berry LaCroix Sparkling Water
Preparation:

In the bottom of a glass or a small bowl, mash/muddle together the raspberries, lemon or lime juice, and fresh basil leaves until the herbs are bruised and the berries are slightly liquefied. Remove the herbs from the glass (or leave them in) and add in the Berry LaCroix Sparkling Water along with some ice. Garnish with additional basil leaves and enjoy.
