- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 3 ounces plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds, unsalted
- 5 medium seedless grapes, chopped
Top the quinoa with the Greek yogurt. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and chopped grapes on top.
