PB-Banana-Chocolate Freeze

What’s better than peanut butter and bananas? How about peanut butter, bananas and chocolate?!
Servings: 1 serving
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter, or any other nut/seed butter
  • 1 tablespoon dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Split the banana in half lengthwise. Spread one half with the peanut butter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Sandwich the two banana halves together and wrap the entire banana in plastic wrap (or you can cut bananas into 1-inch wheels and carefully store in a plastic bag or container). Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
