Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie
Turmeric’s bold and slightly spicy flavor pairs perfectly with sweet pineapple in this recipe. It’s a beverage with benefits!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 1½ cups pineapple
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- Optional pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth. Add additional 1 tablespoon water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy!
