Everyone needs a delicious morning smoothie recipe up their sleeve. This Protein Potion packs in almost 3 cups of produce…and thanks to the Greek yogurt, a hefty dose of protein too.

This recipe makes 1 Serving
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chunks (peel on)
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 6 ounces non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
