These crispy bites are sweet, flavorful and addictively delicious. The recipe requires only 4 simple ingredients—and one of them is Mrs. Dash’s Table Seasoning Blend, which I love to use to keep the sodium low while adding a ton of tasty flavor!
- Prep time
- Total Time
· 2 teaspoons olive oil
· 2 pounds carrots, regular, peeled and sliced into thin sticks
· 1½ to 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Table Blend
· 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Mist a baking sheet with oil spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add sliced carrots and toss evenly with olive oil, spice blend, and maple syrup. Then, spread them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until some of the edges start to darken. The carrot fries will become tender and caramelized.
