Key Lime Pie Milkshake

Key lime pie in milkshake form—need I say more? This indulgent shake is filled with the quintessential zesty lime and honey graham cracker flavor.

Ingredients
 

  • cups almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 4 teaspoons 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime zest (from 3 to 4 limes)
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 sheet graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except the graham crackers) to the blender and puree until smooth. Stir in half of the graham cracker crumbs and garnish with the rest on top​.
