Key lime pie in milkshake form—need I say more? This indulgent shake is filled with the quintessential zesty lime and honey graham cracker flavor, but I incorporated a few sneaky and good-for-you ingredients (including, yes, one vegetable!) to add natural sweetness and a creamy consistency that will make your taste buds sing…trust me on this one.

This recipe makes 2 milkshakes
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 4 teaspoons (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon) lime zest (from 3 to 4 limes)
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice (from 3 to 4 limes)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 sheet graham crackers

 

Preparation:

Add all ingredients (except the graham crackers) to the blender and blend until smooth. Stir in half of the graham cracker crumbs and garnish with the rest on top​.
