Key lime pie in milkshake form—need I say more? This indulgent shake is filled with the quintessential zesty lime and honey graham cracker flavor, but I incorporated a few sneaky and good-for-you ingredients (including, yes, one vegetable!) to add natural sweetness and a creamy consistency that will make your taste buds sing…trust me on this one.

- • 1½ cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
- • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- • ½ cup ice cubes
- • 4 teaspoons (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon) lime zest (from 3 to 4 limes)
- • 6 tablespoons lime juice
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- • 6 pitted dates
- • 1 sheet graham crackers
Add all ingredients (except the graham crackers) to the blender and puree until smooth. Stir in half of the graham cracker crumbs and garnish with the rest on top.
