Best of all, it requires only a few simple ingredients, including soothing chamomile tea for a relaxing and warming mug, whether you’re enjoying it curled up on the couch with your favorite blanket or in front of the fireplace with a good book. Go ahead and add a little bourbon if you feel like it. Cheers!
