This creamy and delicious concoction will give you a jolt of caffeine while your taste buds do a happy dance. Talk about your mid-afternoon pick-me-up!

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup cold coffee
  • ½ medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes, optional

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
