Tell your kids you’re making them milkshakes for breakfast and they’ll be starting a Mom Fan Club. This sweet, fruity shake (really, a healthy smoothie) is filled with protein, fiber, and bone-building calcium. Slurping with a fun straw is a must!

Fruity Breakfast Milkshake
This sweet, fruity shake (really, a healthy smoothie) is filled with protein, fiber, and bone-building calcium.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk, skim, soy, or unsweetened almond
- ½ cup sliced banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 3 – 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and just add a straw!
