Fruity Breakfast Milkshake

This sweet, fruity shake (really, a healthy smoothie) is filled with protein, fiber, and bone-building calcium.

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup milk, skim, soy, or unsweetened almond
  • ½ cup sliced banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and just add a straw!
