This version of the beloved beach sip features Sparkling Flavored Water (LaCroix is my favorite!) to add volume and a delicious flavor without calories. The coconut milk and frozen pineapple chunks add a rich, thick texture to make you feel like you’re on some faraway tropical island even if you’re enjoying it on your front porch. Whip it up in minutes and grab a straw.
- Prep time
- Total Time
1¾ cups frozen pineapple chunks
¾ cup canned light coconut milk
3 to 5 ice cubes
½ cup LaCroix Coconut Sparkling Water
1 to 2 drops coconut extract (optional)
2 tablespoons shredded, unsweetened coconut
Pineapple wedges for garnish
Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, ice cubes, LaCroix Sparkling Water, coconut extract, if using, and shredded, unsweetened coconut to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour the piña coladas into 2 glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
