Fiery Avocado Rice Cakes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 rice cakes
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions
 

  • Spread rice cakes with diced avocado. Squirt lemon juice on top plus an optional dash (or two) of hot sauce. Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
