Dijon Yogurt Dip
This super simple and tangy condiment can be used to flavor up your favorite foods.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Optional seasonings, including garlic, smoked paprika, lemon zest, cumin, chopped parsley, chives or fresh dill
Instructions
- Combine yogurt and mustard in a small bowl. Add optional seasonings if desired. Enjoy!
