This festive glass presents a light and sparkling twist on a mimosa adorned with bright, buoyant ice cubes that elevate your sipping experience. Feel free to add these cranberry-pomegranate ice cubes to any beverage of your choosing, but I love to enjoy a couple in a chilled glass of blubbly flavored water. Ideal for Thanksgiving get-togethers and Christmas parties, these cubes are not only beautiful but also infuse a subtle, sweet essence of fruity goodness as they slowly melt in the glass.

Crafting these ice cubes is a breeze. Begin by adding a few fresh (or frozen) cranberries, pomegranate arils, and rosemary leaves to each compartment of your ice cube tray. Carefully pour juice over the top, filling each compartment. Then, let the magic happen in your freezer as the flavors meld together and the cubes freeze, resulting in a deliciously pretty creation.

When you’re ready to savor a sparkling sip with a touch of holiday charm, simply plunk a few of these cubes into your glass and top it off with orange-flavored sparkling water.
