- 1 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup cranberry juice (100% juice)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar, plus 1 tablespoon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, cranberry juice, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Whisk thoroughly for a few minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge.
