Light up your latkes with this next-level sour cream. You just need a container of lite sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt) and a small jar of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. It’s as easy as that.

For a fierce hit of heat, leave the pepper seeds intact (Taste buds beware: this can often be very HOT). For a mild and flavorful topper, slice the pepper in half, then scoot out the seeds and discard them before mincing and mixing in.

Chipotle Sour Cream

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup lite sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 jarred chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon adobo sauce from jar

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients together, adding more or less pepper and sauce to adjust for personal preference.
