This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • 5 ounces cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped celery
  • Squirt of Sriracha
  • Jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 2 lettuce cups (made from Bibb lettuce)
Preparation:

In a small bowl, shred the chicken breast. Add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), onion, celery, Sriracha, and mix until well combined. Enjoy over lettuce cups and top with optional jalapeño slices.
