Fiery Chicken Salad

This chicken salad contains two key components that will help rev your metabolism: protein and fiery heat.

Ingredients
 

  • 5 ounces cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped celery
  • Squirt of Sriracha
  • Jalapeño slices, optional
  • 2 lettuce cups, made from Bibb lettuce

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, shred the chicken breast. Add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), onion, celery, Sriracha, and mix until well combined. Enjoy over lettuce cups and top with optional jalapeño slices.
