Sweet cherries combine with tangy Greek yogurt to make these luscious and refreshing pops extra delicious. If cherries are not in season, feel free to substitute frozen cherries or any other frozen fruit of your choosing.

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup non-fat or 1% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a microwave-safe container, combine the sugar and 2 tablespoons water and microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until sugar is just dissolved.
Add the sugar syrup to a blender along with the cherries, nonfat Greek yogurt, skim or 1% milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and pour into pop molds. Freeze solid.
