This recipe makes 2 Servings
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 small beet, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 apple (like Gala or Fuji)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 – 1.5 cups water
- 1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until a juice-like consistency is achieved.
Makes approximately 24 ounces; 12 ounces per serving
Note: You may need to adjust water amounts to achieve desired consistency.
