  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 dash fat-free milk (can substitute soy or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Cook the oats with water in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Add the banana, raspberries, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. If you prefer your oatmeal a bit creamier, add a dash of the milk.
