Strawberries and bananas are a standard smoothie pairing, and for good reason. They are delicious together. Give them a try in this satisfying sip.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen chopped or sliced strawberries
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Add more milk if needed. Enjoy.
