This recipe makes 5 servings
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 kale leaves, stems removed
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour about ⅓ cup into 5 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
