Air Fryer Banana Split

Each banana pouch houses a caramelized combo of melty chocolate, creamy banana, and nutty deliciousness.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, or nut butter of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400ºF.
  • Without cutting all the way through, slice your banana (in the skin) lengthwise and slightly open the banana to form a pocket. Spread the insides with nut butter and stuff in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  • Gently place the banana in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes.
