Who says homemade bread has to be a time-consuming project? This one takes just 45 seconds to make in the microwave! Whip one up and add your fave toppings (mine are peanut butter and sliced bananas) for a no-fuss breakfast that’s sure to satisfy a hungry tummy.

This recipe makes 1 Serving
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats, dry
- 1 Tbsp flour (any kind including whole wheat, all-purpose, and oat)
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1 Tbsp raisins, dried cranberries, dried cherries, or dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients well in a microwave-safe cereal-size bowl and spread thinly across the bottom and slightly up around edges. Microwave for 45 seconds. Slide on a serving plate and top with whatever you want!
