Mug Scrambled Eggs
I love egg breakfasts for their high-protein fill power, but most people tell me they don’t have time to whip up a fancy omelet on hectic mornings. Problem solved! I’ve created a 2-minute egg recipe that you can make in your microwave. Pair with a piece of fruit or slice of whole-grain toast, and you’re all set.
