From Junk Food to Joy Food
Joy serves up a family favorite: Cauliflower Buffalo “Wings” with Bleu Cheese Dip using easy swaps from a traditional chicken wing recipe. This delicious rendition slashes calories, fat and salt. Don’t worry, though—there’s still tons of indulgent flavor!

Joyful Note
As research continues to show that nature nurtures, Joy and Vivien share their tips for bringing the outdoors in. Vivien suggests picking out a houseplant or cutting flowers to bring inside, and Joy recommends creating a small herb garden in the kitchen to help flavor your meals (brilliant!).
