On this week’s show, I made a few simple scrumptious treats that I’m really excited about. I kicked it off with fro-yo bark that features air-popped popcorn for extra texture. It’s great to satisfy a craving whenever one strikes—straight from the freezer (let it sit for a minute or two at room temp to thaw). Next, I shared my Mint Chip Frozen Yogurt, which is like a minty-fresh single-serve cookie. So yummy! And I finished off with my Flourless Protein Brownies, which are sweet, chocolaty and moist. Bonus: They contain no added sugar and an impressive amount of protein. Sweet deal.
