Healthy Chicken Caesar Wrap (with Avocado Caesar Dressing)
Think of this as your favorite Caesar salad, all wrapped up and ready to go. Tender chicken, crunchy lettuce, and Parmesan meet a silky avocado Caesar dressing, then get tucked into a warm whole-grain tortilla for the ultimate hand-held, no-fork-needed meal. Fresh, creamy, and seriously scrumptious.
Place all dressing ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender and mix until thoroughly combined and smooth. (You’ll use ~3 tablespoons of dressing in each wrap. Place the rest in a covered container and store in refrigerator for a few days.)
Build your wrap
In a large bowl, make the filling by combining the chicken, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing. Spread another 1 tablespoon of the dressing on the wrap, then spoon the filling down the center of each wrap. Roll up and enjoy!
