Lemon Chicken Soup with Orzo

This soup is on standard rotation in my house—it’s lemony, creamy and totally satisfying. The veggies (onion and carrots) combined with delicious seasonings (garlic, dill) and, of course, the lemon juice and zest offer up a nourishing trifecta that’s good to the very last slurp. Not to mention, it’s the perfect way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken (no food waste). I use orzo but you can swap in any small whole-grain pasta you like, including elbows, shells and so on.
