If you love a bubbly brunch sip, this Strawberry Peach Mimosa Mocktail is about to become your new favorite! It’s packed with juicy strawberries and sweet peaches, a splash of OJ, and finished with the fizzy magic of LaCroix Strawberry Peach. This refreshing beverage delivers all the fun of a mimosa—minus the booze!

I’ve been whipping up this mocktail for weekend brunches, book clubs, birthday parties, or just when I want something special to sip on. Plus, it’s totally customizable! You can use fresh, frozen, or even canned fruit, and if you like a little extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup does the trick. It’s the kind of drink that looks pretty in a glass (I like to garnish with a slice of orange on the rim and fresh mint leaves for garnish) and tastes even better.

I first debuted this recipe at a “ladies’ lunch” with my mom, mother-in-law, sisters, and daughters, and it was a hit! We loved how the flavors blended together—it’s refreshing, light, and fruity, with just the right amount of sparkle. And trust me, we’re usually the bunch to add a little booze, but this one didn’t need it!
