Mai Tais are a classic Tiki cocktail, known for their signature layers of color. Here, I’ve whipped up a tasty mocktail rendition using a splash of fruit juice, mango-flavored Lacroix and bright red pomegranate seeds for a double layer of vibrancy. • 1 to 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 2 heaping tablespoon pomegranate seeds, divided
• 1 can Mango LaCroix Sparkling Water
• Lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish
In the bottom of a tall glass, combine the pineapple and lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds and let them settle to the bottom. Add some ice cubes and then pour on Mango LaCroix Sparkling Water.
Garnish with floating lime wedges and mint leaves. Lastly, top with the remaining tablespoon of pomegranate seeds, being careful with placement so they remain on top for the signature red layer.
