Coconut Almond Coolata

This cool coconut mocktail is chilly, refreshing and a cinch to make. I usually make a great big batch for my summer parties— it’s guaranteed to put everyone in a festive mood.

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Coconut LaCroix Sparkling Water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the almond milk, almond or vanilla extract, and Coconut LaCroix Sparkling Water to a glass over ice. Stir to combine and top with toasted coconut flakes to garnish, if desired.
