It’s Mother’s Day (almost!) and in honor of all the moms and mom-like figures out there, I created a mouthwatering menu, so she can enjoy a bountiful breakfast in bed. (I even wore my PJs to fully embrace the theme.) It all started with my healthified version of Cinnamon Buns, which are lovingly referred to as “Cinnayums” in my house. Another delicious—and super simple—dish: Protein bagels, which are incredibly satisfying and pack 10 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, and a whole host of vitamins and minerals. And finally, I whipped up a fruity Cherry-Chia jam, a tasty topper that works on bagels, toast, oatmeal and more. So much yumminess packed into one day—it’s guaranteed to put a smile on mom’s face.
