Ingredients
2cupsdiced watermelon, chilled
2tablespoonslime juice
2ouncestequila
6 to 8watermelon “ice cubes”, cut watermelon into small cubes and freeze
Instructions
Puree watermelon in blender for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes watermelon juice. Add lime juice and tequila and blend for another 5 seconds. Pour watermelon margarita into 2 glasses and add 3 to 4 watermelon “ice cubes” into each.
Garnish with optional watermelon slices on rim and enjoy.
