Ingredients
2cupssliced fresh strawberries
2cupssliced frozen strawberries
1teaspoonsugar
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
2ozrum
¼cupwater
Instructions
In small bowl mix the sugar and fresh sliced strawberries (save the frozen strawberries for later step). Cover and refrigerate for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until strawberries begin to sweeten and release their natural juices.
Add the fresh strawberry and sugar mixture to blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for about 6 hours or until frozen solid.
