1medium zucchini, spiralized into “noodles”

Add broth to a medium pot, and bring to a gently boil. Reduce heat to low, then add spiralized zucchini noodles and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until the zoodles reach your preferred consistency.
