Ingredients
1orange, sliced
1red apple, sliced
3cupsstrawberries, sliced
½cuppomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish (optional)
1bottle, 750 ml red table wine (like Pinot Noir)
1cuppomegranate juice
½ to 1cupchilled sparkling water, plain or pomegranate-flavored
Instructions
Place orange, apple, strawberries, and pomegranate seeds in a large pitcher. Add wine and pomegranate juice. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight (so fruit has time to incorporate all the delicious juice and wine flavor).
When you’re ready to serve, pour into glasses and top each glass off with a splash of sparkling water and a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, if desired. Stir and enjoy.
