Instructions
Slice grapefruit in half. Using a knife, cut between the membrane and flesh to remove each triangular segment.
Then, use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a bowl; the inside should just fall apart (alternatively, you can also shred it with a fork). Serve, or chill and enjoy cold.
