1poundcooked lobster meat
¼cuplight mayo
1medium celery stalk, finely chopped
3tablespoonslemon juice
3tablespoonsfinely chopped parsley
2tablespoonsfinely chopped chives
Optional tarragon
Salt and black pepper to taste
8whole grain hot dog buns, lightly toasted
Instructions
Mix mayo with chives, parsley and optional tarragon. Mix mayo mixture with celery, lemon juice, and lobster meat. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Evenly distribute lobster salad among hot dog buns and garnish with chives and preferred spices.
