Ingredients
½cupold-fashioned rolled oats
½cupalmond milk, or any other preferred milk
½cupnonfat or low-fat Greek plain yogurt*
1Tablespoonchia seeds or ground flaxseeds, also called flax-meal
1Tablespoonkey lime juice, or regular lime juice
½teaspoonlime zest
½teaspoonvanilla extract
2teaspoonsmaple syrup or honey
Pinchof salt
1 to 2Tablespoonsgranola cereal, optional
*You can swap in part-skim ricotta cheese or whipped cottage cheese
Instructions
Add all the ingredients (except the granola cereal, if using) in a small mixing bowl and stir until well-blended.
Transfer to a small mason jar or pretty container with a lid, cover and stash in the fridge for at least 3 hours to overnight. Right before eating add crunchy granola cereal and dig in!
