Ingredients
1cupbaby spinach leaves, stems removed
1cupkales leaves, stems removed, torn into pieces
1½cupsfrozen pineapple chunks
1cupalmond milk, or milk of choice
½ripe banana
1Granny Smith apple, chopped into small pieces
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large blender and process until smooth and frothy.
Notes
Note: If your blender is smaller and cannot fit all of the ingredients at once, add everything except for the apples and puree. Then, add the apples and process again until smooth and well combined.
