Ginger Green Tea
I love the aroma that fills my kitchen when I make this brew. Both ginger and green tea possess potent anti-inflammatory properties.

or 1 tablespoon loose green tea leaves in a tea ball

sugar or honey

Instructions
Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add the ginger and boil for 30 seconds more. Remove from the heat, and add the tea bag or tea ball.
Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the milk and sugar, if using.

Note: Add 10 calories per 2 tablespoons skim (fat-free) milk; add 20 calories per 1 teaspoon sugar or honey.
