Ingredients
1medium banana, peeled and sliced into ½-inch wheels (~15 pieces)
2tablespoonspeanut butter
¼cupchocolate chips, melted
1tablespoonpeanuts, chopped
Instructions
Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and add banana slices. Top each with a spread of peanut butter*. Then, using a spoonful of melty chocolate, spread evenly over the top of each banana slice. Add a sprinkling of chopped peanuts to each.
Stash in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen to freeze. Transfer to a freezer bag or container to free up space, and enjoy whenever you have a Snickers craving!
*If your peanut butter is too stiff, pop it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.
