3egg whites
2tablespoonsshredded reduced-fat cheese
Optional dash of any of the following: Kosher salt, pepper, paprika, fresh chives, hot sauce, garlic powder, and any other fresh herbs
Instructions
Mist an oversized mug with nonstick cooking spray, add the egg and egg whites and whisk.
Microwave for 45 seconds, remove from microwave, add cheese and optional seasonings, then gently stir. Microwave for another 45 TO 60 seconds, remove from microwave. Grab a fork and dig in.
