Ingredients
4cupschicken broth
2cupssliced mushrooms, ~8-ounce package
2cupsbaby carrots
1red bell pepper, roughly cut into small pieces
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonginger powder
¼teaspoonturmeric powder + pinch ground black pepper
¼teaspoonoregano
Pumpkin seeds, for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large pot and boil for 20 minutes (or until veggies are fork-tender). Purée in a blender or use an immersion blender in the pot. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately or stash in fridge and warm a mug in the microwave as needed.
Alternatively, you can prep the recipe ahead of time, then freeze individual portions in an ice cube tray. Whenever you need a soothing sip, simply add a couple of cubes to a mug and warm as needed. Garnish with pumpkin seeds if desired.

This recipe makes about 4.5 cups of elixir, so there's plenty to enjoy.
