They’re simple and festive to make (you just need patience when creating the trees on the parchment paper), and it’s a fun snack-tivity to do with the kiddos.
Yield: 4Trees
Prep Time: 5 minutesmins
Total Time: 40 minutesmins
Ingredients
½cupchocolate chips, melted
2pretzel sticks, broken in half
40blueberries, about a heaping half cup
Toppings of choice, crushed candy cane, shredded coconut, crushed pistachios, etc.
Instructions
Add berries into melted chocolate and stir to combine (the chocolate will thicken, so mix it up as quickly as possibly).
Dip the tip of a pretzel stick in the chocolate and place it vertically on the lined baking sheet. Place chocolate-coated blueberries in a Christmas tree formation— 2 blueberries on either side of the top of the pretzel, followed by three blueberries, then two and one at the top.
Sprinkle on desired toppings and place in fridge or freezer for about 30 minutes to firm chocolate. Store any leftovers in fridge or freezer, too!
