Ingredients
1container, ~9 ounces fresh Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in half or quarters lengthwise
1tablespoonolive oil
¼teaspoonkosher salt
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
12strips turkey bacon*, cut in half lengthwise and then horizontally, for a total of 48 small pieces

*If you are following a gluten-free diet, check packaging on the turkey bacon to make sure gluten wasn't added during processing.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400˚.
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the oil and sprinkle on the salt and pepper.
Then, one at a time, pick up each Brussels sprout and wrap it with a piece of turkey bacon. Be sure to tuck the edges of the bacon underneath the cut side of the Brussels sprout so they stay put.
Place the wrapped Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
