Ingredients
¾cupmilk of choice , cow’s milk, soy milk or unsweetened almond milk
½ripe banana
¾cup nonfat or low-fat plain or flavored-Greek yogurt , single-serve container, no added sugar
1 heaping cupfresh or frozen berries, blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries
3 to 5ice cubes if using fresh berries, (skip ice if using frozen berries)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Add an extra splash of milk if it’s too thick to puree.
