Ingredients
1poundbutton mushrooms, sliced in halves or quarters*
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsreduced-sodium soy sauce
1teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespoonsriracha sauce, optional, if you love heat

Instructions
Mist basket with nonstick oil spray, and set at 375˚.
Rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Add to a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder and sriracha, if using, to evenly coat them.
Add mushrooms to the bottom of air fryer basket, close drawer and cook for 15 minutes, tossing them a few times while they cook to ensure they brown evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with optional scallions.
